If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us by phone, email or through our website with your order number and the reason for your request. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to ship the items back to us.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning or exchanging the items, unless the items are defective or damaged due to our error. We recommend that you use a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not liable for any lost or damaged returns. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, minus the original shipping cost. Exchanges will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements or that are sent without a return authorization number. We also reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% for any returns or exchanges that are not in their original condition and packaging.
